Who We Are

CACINA is a vibrant, faith-filled Catholic church that came to North America from Brazil in 1949.  For the past 60 years, CACINA members have sought to proclaim and authentically live the Gospel of Jesus Christ with all of God’s people.  We are Catholic, sharing our history and traditions with other Catholic communities, but are independent of the Roman Catholic Church and other independent Catholic churches.

Bound by Christ's love, members of CACINA support one another by: Emphasizing the positive aspects of faith Approaching one another in openness, Holding beliefs annunciated in the Apostle's and Nicene Creeds
